Since the late 70's this special place on the island has been part of some of the Harrison family’s favorite memories.
Filled with family, dear friends, long days by the water, and plenty of time spent simply enjoying being together. We’re so happy to share it with you and hope that while you’re here, you’ll make a few special memories of your own.
Inside this guide, you’ll find a few important notes about the condo, along with some of our favorite local spots and recommendations to help you make the most of your time here.

The Condo
Make yourself at home
The Condo is made for easy days together;whether that means a game of pool, a meal around the table, or heading straight to the beach.
A Little Bit of Home
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together. Please make yourself at home! Before you leave, we simply ask that you remove any perishable food from the fridge and pantry.
Beach Days Made Easy
You’ll find beach toys and chairs in the closet beneath the first-floor stairs. You're welcome to use them! Just return everything neatly when you're done so the next friends or family members can enjoy them, too.
A Note About the Loft
The stairs to the lofted bed above the pool table are especially steep and not suitable for children. Please use extra care.
Grilling Out
There are two designated BBQ areas: between Buildings 5 and 7, and between Buildings 2 and 4. For everyone's safety and to follow fire regulations, please grill only in these areas;not on patios, balconies, lawns, or in the parking lot.
A Few Housekeeping Notes
There’s no daily housekeeping, but the Executive Keys team is happy to help whenever you need something.
- Trash: Extra liners are provided. Tie up your trash bag, set it outside your door, and call the front desk to arrange pickup (9 AM–4 PM).
- Towels: Extra towels and bags for used ones are provided. Place used towels in a tied bag outside your door and call the front desk for pickup (9 AM–4 PM).
- Fresh sheets & supplies: Call the front desk for contactless delivery of extra supplies or a fresh sheet set for you to put on the bed. The team can also collect used linens.
Please remember to call the front desk for trash or towel pickup so the team knows they're ready.

4 PM Check-In
Check-in begins at 4 PM. If you plan to arrive after 6 PM, please call the Executive Keys office at (361) 749-6272 ahead of time to make sure someone will be there to hand you your key.

Getting Around
Heading into Port A from Executive Keys:
- Head out on Beach Access Road 1-A.
- Turn right onto TX-361 North.
- Continue straight toward Port Aransas.
- TX-361 becomes Alister Street as you enter town.
- Continue on Alister to explore the heart of Port A.

Depending on when our next guests are arriving, we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. If you need a little extra time, please get in touch with us.
- Remove ALL perishable food from pantry and fridge.
- Bag all trash and leave by the front.
- Leave all linens on the beds.
- Return AC to 76 with fan set to AUTO. In winter months, return heat to 68.
- Double-check bathrooms, closets, etc. for all belongings.
- Take keys to the front office.
